DMT can disturb your breathing, it rises your blood pressure and when overdone it can give you valvular diseases due to overstimulation of receptors residing on your heart valve. Just bring scissors and cut above the dung. You can use a paint brush once you get home to remove any particles but you don't want to get them wet, the shit will mold quick.

Put in a paper bag and place close to a PC fan (like the back of your PC) for about a day or two. Once they snap easily and you see some blue marks appear on the shroom they are almost ready.

You will want to them place them in a bowl with a dessicant pack and close the lid. Leave them there for 2 days to remove any moisture. Then store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer and enjoy whenever you want.

Go slowly, take only .5 grams to 1 gram the first time, it is pretty fucking intense the first time around. Then move your way up as you understand the trip. Shit can get fucking crazy, but never get scared, go with the flow.

Oh my lord...I have done it about 12 times so far.

The last time was the most intense. I asked it to show me god and the afterlife. I took about 2 grams (I get if from a group that makes a resin, very unique). I sat in my backyard under a coconut tree and as the trip kicked in, I started entering the vascular system of the plant, I could see the inside of the tree, the coconuts...then my mind just became the earth, I travelled into the jungle and became a panther on the prowl...at this point the purge kicked in, I started to puke and every time I was vomiting, I could feel the jaguar growl...then I got into what I would call a stargate, I traveled the fucking universe, went to distant galaxies and at some point I´entered a stain glass world...I walked this narrow pathway with a dead relative of mine, I could feel her hand guiding me to god...God looked like a sphere with various geometric shaped coming out of it, it was made out of a stain glass material and made me feel totally at peace. It communicated with me via emotions and visions.

The most difficult part is to get it to germinate. What you need to do is soak those fuckers for a while before you plant them. Even if you have no germination for up to 1 year, it is normal. They can take some time to germinate. It is not a hard plant to grow but it does go very slow and takes about 5 years in a tropical climate to get any good amount of root. The best thing to do to harvest in a sustainable manner is to double pot it. First in a laundry basket with large holes and into a large pot. You can harvest what ever pokes out and not harm the main taproot.

It was pretty fucking horrible as a voyage. I don't think I would recommend this experience unless a person has 2 or 3 days to trip and has company to watch over them. You really can't get up or do very much.

Hey ayahuasca anon, I've got some mimosa hostilis root bark and syrian rue seeds sitting around, they contain DMT and harmala alkaloids, the exact same stuff in the caapi vine and viridis leaves. I was thinking of tripping off 2 grams of each (about 20 mg of DMT and 60mg of harmaline/harmine mixture). You don't need to use much syrian rue seed and make your batches seperate. Put the hostilis bark in a kettle and boil that shit for a few hours, until you got plenty of tannins. You will want to them remove the bark and keep simmering until you have half of the water gone.

Next crush your seeds in a coffee grinder and do the same.

You need 6:1 mimosa to rue seeds

Drink the rue seed first, wait 10-15 minutes and then drink your mimosa bark juice.

Take it fucking slow, drink slowly the mimosa tea until you start feeling your face....don't drink too much cause you will fucking fly hard. Mimosa is much darker of an experience

The chill effect lasts for 3 days you won't trip with a microdose and the effects on thinking and creativity (if your job depends on it) are awesome. Some people panic during the purge, especially on mimosa, you often get feelings of impending doom..so you want to take it chill and after you finish barfing you need to go in a dim room or in a place where you can chill for a while. Put on some classical music and go for the ride. Go with the flow, and make sure you ask the spirits questions and enjoy the vision. It will last about 4 hours and you don't want to be distracted. Keep a barf bucket close and make sure you have somebody to watch over you the first time in case you start shitting yourself...it is hard to move around during the trip and you may break your walnut on the bathroom floor. Be safe and careful.

So again...take 6 to 12 grams of root bark, let that shit cook for about 2 or 3 hours, remove the bark, reduce the liquid and wait for it to cool down.

Take 1 to 3 grams of syrian rue and crush it good, boil for about 2 hours, filter and let it cool down.

Drink the rue first in one go and wait 10-15 minutes before you start sipping the bark tea, Put some honey in that noise or it will make you gag. It usually kicks in within 30 minutes, so don't over do it with the mimosa tea.

Don't eat before you take the teas. Prepare a light snack for after and keep water on hand to rinse your mouth if you barf.

After 4 hours you will snap out of it and have no after effect. You can then eat.
