Hahaha, that's awesome. Yea, Goering was an avid hunter. There's a great story of him of when he was a fighter pilot in WWI. He won a dogfight, forcing the other pilot to land his disabled aircraft. Goering landed next to him, got out and told him he was a good opponent. I'm a sucker for shit like that, it shows good character to me (or at least honorable character). Commanders although barely literate Dietrich was a great tactician, Guderian a visionary, and Manstein another great tactician. They had a shitload of great commanders, and part of the reason they lost the war was the attrition of NCOs, because armys literally run on good NCOs, so literally every grunt is quite honestly a hero.

Uncle A for being as smart and good of a politician as he was I do harbor some resentment towards for fucking blowing it and being such a fucking sperglord. Donitz was also one of the best naval commanders of all time. But the fuhrer had to meddle in everyones shit.
