When the ME stops selling oil they will no longer be selling oil for the US $. When this happens there will be no petro dollar and nothing to keep the useless fiat currency afloat.

In the USA anways, the company is run through many regional offices that are effectively fiefdoms.

Little oversight of what goes on.

The particular office I was out of had few contracts.

The management was running the place into the ground.

The office was located in an urban area, but much of their good contracts were an hour and a half away.

Norway has done a great job setting up their sovereign fund. Economically, they'll do OK for a while yet.

Socially, maybe not so much. Not since France have I been so disappointed and unimpressed by a nation and what they've allowed themselves to become. Even worse than Sweden IMO.
