This is the type of stuff you need to man up and stand up to. One thing that the US understand a lot better is taking matters into your own hands, rather than letting life go by and doing nothing. Yeah, pretty much done for.

Europe and its people can survive their cities being turned to smoldering ash.

Demographic replacement however, there's no hope. Eastern-Europe will still stand, so I suppose that's a small consolation.

There's a few silver linings.
1. Genetic engineering, and gene drives. This could make European features so dominate that all traits don't get expressed, or inherited. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gene_drive

2. Russia, and or eastern Europe. A dash of communism leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths.

3. Eu might brake up, wait for a financial bubble to burst. (No gibs for the freeloaders) Also vote for your nearest full capitalist politician. No gibs, no refugees.

4. Rising nationalism in parts of Europe.
