2) Start your own business. If in the tech sector, you could make a shit ton of money if you have the right idea/execution/timing.

3) Real estate investing, assuming you have the funds to purchase a home/get a loan large enough to purchase the real estate. You'll probably have to look around in areas that are up-and-coming or for homes that are complete shit in good areas. You'll also need to figure out if you'll hold the home to rent out or if you'll try to flip it back on the market immediately. To make it profitable, you'll have to put in a lot of manual labor and work yourself as hiring out to contractors will cost a lot of money.
