Foreign Aid isn't just giving money to poor countries for meme reasons like humanity or whatever.

It ALWAYS comes with strings attached that benefit the country giving the aid.

I know it's popular on our side to moan about foreign aid but it can be useful to exert influence. Of course in principal I hate the idea of robbing your own people and spending it on others.

Foreign aid helps keep them docile and dependent. It ruins economies by driving the local entrepreneurs it off business.

Except no one is teaching them, they don't want to be taught, and they pass their lack of ethic to their children assuming the magical food planes will never stop. Africa's population is ballooning despite widespread famine because aid just lets them sit around and breed because they have nothing else they want or care to do and people are making sure they can keep doing it for nothing.
