I am not proposing to get rid of the filibuster generally for legislation. I propose that the Senate acting Parliamentarian rule that a flat Obamacare repeal complies with the requirements of the Budget Act under which reconciliation can be used. It's a one-time cheat, not like what the R's just did for SCOTUS nominees which is permanent unless someone pulls the same trick the other way to change it back.

This is genius from Cruz, becaues if enough people sign up for these "freedom" plans, it will shrink the risk pool for the Obamacare plans to such an extent that they become completely unsustainable in price. This will within a decade completely destroy the underlying financial viability of Obamacare and cause it to be repealed completely or just unenforced.
