Why does America hate immigration from white European countries?

Americans don't, it's our immigration policy that was allowed in 1965 by kikes such as Emmanuel Celler. Ever since the 1965 immigration act was placed it's been harder for whites to immigrate here. I heard Trump wants to increase European/Anglo immigration so I have some hope.

Why is it harder for Europeans to move to America, than it is for third-worlders to do it? Why is it easier for Sub-Saharan Africans to come to the US than it is for whites from South Africa? Why is it easier for Muslim "refugees" to come here than it is for Christian refugees?
