How would that be enforced?

For example, say someone has control over a factory and employs a worker.

The worker both lives and work at the factory, and have a contract of employment with the boss. The boss also controls land adjacent to the factory. We could for the sake of brevity say that the factory, the boss's house, and all the surrounding land within a 2 mile radius, is the boss's private property.

The boss violates the contract, therefore violating the NAP.

Does this mean that the worker can simply kill his boss and take control of the factory, the boss's house, and the land as well?

I would imagine this means that the worker's contract is no longer valid since the boss violated it. Some say that the worker is entitled to do just as much damage as the boss did to him. Others, such as Walter Block and Murray Rothbard, say that it would actually be twice as much.

Capital. Literally money. Feudalism operated without the state issuing anywhere near as much currency as it does in a capitalist society. Instead, lots of people committed labour, service and goods in reciprocal relationships bound by custom and law. Like the lord provides land and security to the peasants in exchange for their labour on the farms and part of what is grown. Feudalism also had a way different structure of government and land ownership. It was based on the class of nobility and inheritance.
