Got these done a month or so ago. Takes 6 months for the bone to heal up around them good and solid before they can put the crowns on.

The bone is spongier at a younger age so the procedure and recovery is easier. Personally I waited, 3 came in fine, one got impacted and I only had that one removed because it was bothering me. Procedure was easy as fuck, not much pain after, hydrocodone took the edge off. Within a couple days I stopped the hydrocodone because I didn't have any pain anymore. Interestingly my orthodontist and dentist were chill about wisdom teeth. Yeah it's a good idea to get them out, but if they come in fine there's no problem leaving them.

I went to a regular dentist bot a budget one. I had overcrowding teeth. I removed all four of my wisdom teeth plus four others. I chose not to have the numbing injection that was why it was painful but the real pain actually only started hurting afterwards because I had to wait to get drugs for a few hours so I was waiting in a pharmacy while the perscription for pain meds cleared and bleeding all over. I went by myself stupidly and felt like passing out. It was like throbbing my face was allpuffy and I had a horrible migraine.
