There's no legal argument for unbanning simply because Trump's tweets ARE still visible if you log out, and nothing prevents someone from making a fresh Twitter account to reply. Not to mention that this is Trump's private twitter account and not his official government account.

This argument that these media hacks are pursuing is a can of worms that they really don't want to open, because the logical argument that follows is that media orgs need to offer unfiltered comment sections on all of their articles, since that's essentially what they're demanding of Trump.
