There is an upper limit to the number od people that can inhabit a certain amount of land comfortably with the current technological progress. Poland has probably reached its current limit, and will now stabilize until technology and wealth allows the population to grow further.

I see no problem. Lower population at this point isn't bad. It increases quality of life. Which again will lead to more children in about 10 years. Poles probably don't have problems paying their rent.

The idea that population growth is always bad is the simplest and most obvious of Jewish illusions. The problem isn't population decline in Europe - it's population growth in sub-Saharan Africa.
