Beyond that the real issue with fascism is nationalism and due to admixture between populations and the concept of greater nations this inevitably leads to conflict. Case and point Serbians and Russians have generally supported pan-Slavism since they are the largest populations of south and east slavs respectively. Smaller slavic populations generally opposed pan-slavism since pan-slavism silenced the voices of those ethnic minorities. Another example of course is the concept of greater Germany where Germans idealized a state that ruled over large parts of Poland and Bohemia where Germans were a significant minority but still a minority to the Slavs, this of course leads to a conflict of interests between the Slavs and Germans.

Some, yes. Not all of them. Federalism needs to go. But state and local subsidies are often feasible because they are under the control of the local population. There's more freedom in doing things at the state level, and also, there's enough wealthy states in America that you have options. It's a compromise with libertarians, you see. Like I said, I'm not against capitalism, but we do need some regulations. This is why conservatives are not against mandated healthcare. Republicans are not trying to throw healthcare away, they just want to reform it to make it work the way it should instead of the way Obama set it up.

You can have a libertarian government where there is enough regulation to make sure no corporation can grow so large that it swallows up everything. In fact it would increase competition because heavy regulation just makes it harder to start a new company.

It depends which libertarian you ask. That's why there's never been a strong libertarian movement since the colonies rebelled. No two libertarians will have the same opinion of what is ideal.

If you ask me, economically it would mean strong ownership rights, easy to start up a new business without needing to spend half your money on permissions that mean nothing or are redundant, it would not protect stupid consumers who buy shit without actually researching (but false marketing and fraud would still be illegal and harshly punished).

Legally it would mean everyone has the same rights so long they don't fuck with others rights. You want to practice whatever mad religion you want? Go ahead, don't ask others to accommodate those beliefs though. Someone hurt your feelings because they called you a nigger, go ahead and be offended and even hurt their feelings back, but don't ask for someone's voice to be silenced.
