He would have stayed neutral to the war and he would have reformed our government to become a British version of a fascist/natsoc state, essentially stealing Hitler's ideas but not actively getting involved in the war one way or another.

Doing this would have preserved the existence of the British Empire overall, as we would never end up in a position where we'd be subservient to yanks, appeasing them by dismantling the empire. While Germany would be busy fighting the war, Britain could have focused on trade and strengthening our military to prepare for what might happen if Hitler wins or loses in Europe. In either case, at the end of the war Britain would have come out of it stronger than ever, subservient to no other nation. Our navy wouldn't have got absolutely fucking devastated by the war, we would profit immensely from trade as a neutral power. Ideally it could have ended just as Adolf hoped, with Germany ruling the land while Britannia rules the waves, both equals in strength.
