Updated the county level map. Areas most likely to be problematic early on are in pink now. (Blue counties, essentially. I encourage people from each state to update the map with local knowledge.)

Highlighted in gold are problematic counties on a border, which need to be kept under especially close eye lest they attempt to provide a foothold for potential enemies.
