No, if you did that you'd take away their responsibilities as well, and in that case, welcome to Feminist sanctioned Sharia.
No.
Female priviledges, e.g. lighter sentences for crimes, need to be abolished though.

Yes.

Well. How about this. Treat each individual as a number, give promotion based on merit and work put in.
They can't complain about glass ceiling then, and when if they want their rights or better wages for shorter hours. It full circles to the point, women, if they put more work in, get better pay than average, and if not, they did less than average. Simplicity need not be complicated by compromises and reverse discriminations(.)

why bother?
By the way. I find this odd, I come to US and by necessity had learned to cook, hygiene, budget, and generally not be cringe worthy naivest. I met a white girl and swung on whim since it's college so wtf. But she can't cook for shit (aluminum foil in microwave tier), beads down on phone while we are out for dinner at restaurant, her dorm spells like rank cat, the garbage spills from the can and I usually take it out when I'm there, 4 pair of shoes strewn about the tiny entry way willy nilly. Thinks I'm positively a chef when I thought to cook some fried rice because all she had that day was salads and it was 8pm and most everything was closed on campus......I'm just rambling now. BTW her friends, 2nd gen Chinese even can't cook, it's disappointing.

To prove a point.
It's kind of like arguing with religion. Something without firmament except their belief. They always say prove it. In this case, we can. A well proven argument thus answers to a million refutes.
