He probably was from /b/. All I remember is that the rules involved carving a blue whale engraving into your arm, or doing some other dare related stuff that would result in the persons death. Though I think all of them were blatant in that they would kill you, raising question as to how dumb the victims were.

The guy was arrested for it like last year I think. It was strange seeing the thread on it because prior someone was spamming an image of a blue whale carved into someones arm while spouting rules on here and a few other boards. It could have been him possibly.
