House prices are ridiculous and they continue to increase. We were all pressured into going to college, now degrees are devalued, we're all loaded with debt, and no one can get a job. Many people are unemployed for months or a year after graduating.

I've known many kids who have gotten a trade in welding, mechanics etc but some are too weary that they will grow old one day and not be able to keep up with their body.
