It's going to be many months, possibly years until the investigation into Trump is over. I doubt they'll impeach him before that unless most of it leaks first. Trump will finish his first year in office, won't finish the second one though.

I think it's too soon. Seems like the Democrats think the same as one one other guy has signed on. The shit is going to come down around Trump with the Mueller investigation and it'll be an easy impeachment after that.

It has "theoretical" monetary value if someone is willing to pay for it, otherwise it's just words. All the examples given of something "of value" have clear and direct monetary worth, not just some vague sense of "you feel it has value"
If the law worked the way you think it did then any meeting between someone working for a campaign and a foreign citizen could potentially be illegal. Please tell me in the statute where volunteering opposition research is listed as an example of a donation or contribution?
