I think the biggest elephant in the room is why minorities feel the need to only come to majority white countries.

If everyone was *actually* equal, each country would be more or less the same, and each country would do they're fair share of intaking migrants. I don't know WHY. There wasn't any pressure, it just happened. I believe that we just got lucky through mutation and those traits were passed on, fortunately enough for us. Like, Tribe A in Africa was relatively dumb, had dumb offspring. Tribe B in Egypt mutated, got smarter, that trait was passed on. Tribe C in Greece got even smarter, that trait was passed on, etc. Also, the smarter cultures were smart enough to start having educational institutions to begin shifting intellect even higher over many centuries.

I also think that centuries of Christianity played a huge role in making whites more empathetic and caring of others. Not to say that others can't increase their empathy through a similar process, but those sorts of things take a long, long time and other races are just getting started on the process.

systemic racism, in another sense, can be said to be employers simply not hiring blacks over whites. while this is systemic, is it truly racist? the term "racist", in my opinion, never truly represented the reality of the race question. humans are not all alike. there are subspecies of humans and therefore there are humans that are mentally and physically different because of the regions and circumstances they have evolved in. i digress, systemic racism in the sense of prejudiced hiring is not inherently a bad thing -- it's something that happens naturally. why hire someone who is objectively more capable of being stupider than someone else? a similar argument can be made in favor of racial profiling -- if blacks commit more crimes, they are profiled for searches as they are proven to commit more crimes. not only is this a logical conclusion, but it is a natural one.
