The situation depicted in your picture could be sanctioned by applying the social, that is nationalistic, doctrines. Let's say that the parents have been found guilty in reducing their children's racial fitness, as well as their own. The nationalistic doctrine could also be use to justify a ban on fast food and whatnot, of course, as it leads to racial unfitness, thus rotting the nation from within its core.

My guess is that this ideology would apply social doctrines to promote well being and fitness in its population, and lasseiz-faire for the very same reason. When the market offers something that contradicts the social doctrines, it's sanctioned one way or another. The nation promotes well being through the free market, sort of, I guess.
