Liberals are more persecuted today than ever before
>>
Til twitter shitposting is a right
>>
>>133384932
I like how they actually believe Trump personally blocked them and not an intern. There lives have such little meaning that they are seriously so excited about that
>>
>>133387548
*Their, fuck
>>
I hate this country sometimes.
>>
>>133383175
I mean, you're free to speak your mind, but others are free to ignore you. Also, you aren't entitled to what other people say lmao.
If anything this lawsuit should be against Twitter for including a block function!
>>
>>133387797
Come to think of it
#suetwitter
>>
>>133383175
>>133387548

Actually voted trump, but there might be something here lol. Regardless of whether or not it was trump himself or his administration, blocking that haplened after he got elected could be construed as being state action if the plaintiffs can establish his twitter handle as tied to his formal position as potus. Gr8 timeline
>>
>>133383175
Why would trump feel the need to block them in the first place, that makes him a bit of cucky snowflake.
>>
>>133383175
He should countersue for a few million and put it towards the wall fund
>>
>>133388091
Um no. It's his personal Twitter account, not the POTUS account. They have no grounds to stand on
>>
>>133388150
Trump's social media team block all the snowflake blue check liberals who shit up his Twitter feed everyday.
>>
>>133388809

Lol think you meant "um, no, sweetie"

Before he became potus, not state action. After he became potus and used the handle to address political matters, or especially if he directed white house staff to write political bantz & block people, possible nexus between the office of potus and the personal twitter created.

Look up entwinement and entanglement
>>
>>133383175
top fucking kek
>twitter forcibly alters algorithm so that mostly only angry anti-trump comments are first and/or visible
>twitter allows literately-whos to take priority in all comments and bot-swarms the president on every single tweet
>twitter regularly bans, censors and represses conservatives and other free speech advocates
>cries when blocked
get fucked, you dirty, inconsistent, whining socjus bitches. none of you sjws can handle an equal playing field.
>>
>>133390642
Im with you that shits not fair, but technically corporations are people, as opposed to governmental entities, and because of that 1st and 14th amendment prohibitions that apply to state actors are not applicable to twitter censorship.
>>
>>133383175
> uses reeee the wrong way

yeap you're a normie from t_d alright
>>
>>133390034
You're clearly a dipshit shill, but there is no rule that says he can't block people from his personal twitter
>>
>>133388875
It's gross the way they hang on his every tweet in a vain attempt to reply snarkily and virtue signal to their bubble

Fucking pathetic, actually
>>
>>133391624

Yeah, it's the 11th commandment in the jewish referee rulebook.

You don't know how things actually work at all, do you lol?
>>
Was it his personal twitter account?

>Yes

Well gee wiz.

Is it treason if they block Trump, then?
>>
>>133388242
THIS
IMAGINE THE SALT
>>
>>133388875
i noticed megafaggot william legate in trump's twatter today. Wasn't he blocked?
>>
>>133394419
Yes, but Twitter allows blocked users to still see Trump's tweets through a """""""(((glitch)))"""""""
>>
>>133383175
These will fail, what idiocy
>>
>>133388091
It's not like the whitehouse has to read every fucking email you send or letter you write

What are you talking about? The White House is allowed to ignore your stupid bullshit
>>
>>133395146
Next you'll say you were only pretending to be retarded

Trump is allowed to block, wh and potus are not allowed to at whim, that would literally be the definition of a speech content restriction by the government protected under the first amendment.

That's not the issue though, babby. The issue is whether trump's twitter tag can be tied to executive action, thus implicating first amendment protections. Scotus will eventually hear the case

Ever checked his twitter? Every single tweet is being spammed by bots, who all have blue checkmarks for some reason. Anything he tweets will have the same guy tweeting 10 completely unrelated responses in a manner of seconds. I'm fairly certain Twitter is co-operating with these shills. Blocking them is literally the only thing he can do.

Even after the wrestling gif, which is such an easy target of a tweet, some guy just posted 12 animal pictures as a response, as if he didn't see the tweet in the first place. All at the top of the response-chain, of course.

There seem to be some people here who don't know how the First Amendment works, so allow me to clear this up.

The First Amendment restriction on government comes in the form "Congress shall make no law." It is not directly binding on executive action unless that action is enforced by law. In case some aren't aware, I will here state that Twitter policy does not carry the weight of law (you fucking tards).

Next, the First Amendment protects "the freedom of speech, or of the press," which means that citizens have the right to speak, print, and broadcast, but not the right to be heard by the President. Who has a right to force the President of the United States to hear themselves individually? No one. There never was such an expectation and it would be an unreasonable expectation.

They could try to argue that they have the right "to petition the government for a redress of grievances," but, as mentioned, there was never a provision to force the President himself to sit and listen to you, much less to listen to you bitch on Twitter. If you want to petition for a redress of grievances, go to Congress. They'll ignore your ass too and they're the ones who ostensibly have the responsibility to listen to you.

No one has a Constitutional right to access the President or make him listen. No one has such a right regarding the Supreme Court either. If you want to bitch at someone, go to Congress.

They are going to lose this case. Only if the lower courts ruled in favour of the plaintiff would the SCotUS hear the case at all and only to overturn it. Sorry, dipshits. You just don't have the right to force the President to listen to you bitch on Twitter.
>>
>>133388091
Sure thing, Shlomo
>>
>>133383175
it's not like you need a Twitter account to read Trump's tweets, what's the arguement

one could argue that he made the twitter account before he became president

thus it was not a presidential tweet but a personal matter
>>
>>133391295
So you're implying that twitter is an official government entity? Oh, you're just a 2nd rate kike lawyer playing jewish word games?
>>
>>133384675
Yes
>>133383175
they can still speak freely lol but people don't have to be bothered by it now. NO PLATFORM FOR COMMUNISTS!!!
