Why are we not funding the usage for hemp? It can do anything cheaper and quicker.
You literally cannot prove me wrong.
I mean its GoodOil.
I guess it doesn't interest (((them)))
Dead board i guess i should have put a black person in it
This is old news man, we've all known about this
Why does it feel like the US has to make some move on hemp production? If its so great why doesn't Europe or Asia start producing superior products with it. I feel like what the hemp lobby is really after are farm subsidies.

whoah. Witnessed

Can't argue with you, I am not sure why we aren't growing more hemp, maybe too much government red tape? Too many palms to grease?
>>133364538
You just want to smoke it.

>anything trees can do hemp can do better
except for the whole "creating wood" thing
>>133364609
Have you ever tried wearing hemp underwear? Seriously, fuck that shit.

You can make very high strength composite wood
>>133369879
That is not wood. It's resin with particulates in it. All of the strength comes from the resin, you could use a pretty huge range of filler/fiber in it and get the same result. Like wood pulp, fiberglass, or wheat chaff. Not to mention the fact that a piece of framing lumber made out of that is likely to cost 2 to 3 times as much as the same size piece of wood framing lumber.

You're retarded, no one smokes hemp
>>133371208
You are right, so is there any industrial uses for hemp or is it just a theory?
>>133371797
I can't think of any applications for it that aren't already covered by another material that already has a massive infrastructure in place. For people to see hemp as viable, someone would have to come up with a method for using it that would be more cost effective than completely abandoning how things are already done and starting anew. Planting, harvesting, and processing methods would need to be changed, planting, harvesting, and processing machinery would need to be modified, or even replaced completely. It's an immensely expensive undertaking for what would probably be a small difference in the end product if any.
