That's basically true. Initially alt-right was a catch-all term for anything in the right except for libertarianism, neoconservatism, and cuckservatism (i.e. Conservatism, Inc.)

It's not libertarian exactly, because it usually devolves into authoritarianism. It's not socialist (except for national socialists). It's not neocon because they oppose wars for Israel, and it's not cuckservative because they believe in racial differences.

What the fuck is scientodific? I googled the word and the only results are his blog post and people discussing his blog post. I think he made up a word and people on the alt right are too embarrassed to say they don't understand something so they just in agreement - "yep, we are scientodific. Perfect word to describe what we are imo."

There is no official declaration of what the alt-right is because there is no single person/organization behind it. It's easy to point at things that are absolutely part of it though (race realism, gender realism, white identity). The problem is when you get to things like economics, that is not decided because different people in the alt-right have different ideas.
