I said SSRIs fuck me up; I've been on fluoxetine, escitalopram and bupropion and they all just made me so fucking tired and depressed that I wanted to off myself.

Why I feel the way I do, I don't know, but it works and life makes more sense to me this way. I at least have drive to do things now and am doing a lot better than when I was a teenager. I have a lot of stupid female-associated traits so all my friends accept it even if a few are hesitant about the concept as a whole. My endocrinologist has said that my baseline estrogen is higher than normal and testosterone lower than normal so maybe I have some physiological issue influencing it like a damaged pituitary gland, perhaps. Too much trouble to pinpoint, though, so not really worth surgery.

But still, my question remains, considering I'm opting out of the gene-pool because I'd never want a child of mine to be subjected to having a higher rate of depression or mental issues, is there anything inherently wrong with my pursuing my transition as long as I'm not a dumb cunt about it and demand representation/whatever?

Such is my experience. But as you can see in this thread there's a lot of "oh just take antidepressants or go to psychiatrists or therapists or just dont b depressd lol b a man," which just doesn't help in all cases.

I've been to like 4 psychiatrists and I just can't afford any more of that when it wasn't even helping me. I've been over this in my head for years, with a lot of my close friends, family, and doctors, and the only person who doesn't agree with just transitioning with drugs is my step-father who has threatened my life on numerous occasions.

So I like to ask 4chan what their opinion is when I've exhausted everything else (other than meme pimozide which has no basis of a case study outside of one person). I still get a ton of "just kill urself dood." But there's some interesting posts once in a blue moon.

Well like I said, I personally don't need any help. I'm quite content with who I am and I'm doin' pretty well all things considered. Also can't fight back because I do not wish to impact my mother's lifestyle with removal of a decent portion of household income. They get along, just not myself and my step-father who I do not talk to anyway.

4chan as a whole, like you said, acts like a single person, but still can manage to squeeze some different thoughts out of them. In this case, it's usually:

We actually want to help these people, we tell them this is not normal, that once they "transition" they get depression and suicidal thoughts, we tell them we could easily help them to avoid that but our advice gets shunned, by leftists.
