I worked at one that was supposed to be 40 hours a week. After the first two weeks, they pretty much made me stay 12 hours a day, monday-friday, 6am-6pm. Plus, 2-3 weekends a month, they would make me work 6am-2pm. (my "easy" day of only 8 hours.)
