Damn I love America & the right to bare arms, I just added a carry handle to my S&W MP15, I gotta say it does help aiming on the go tremendously.
So anyone recommend any builds I had a scope but it took away the close & quick fire abilities so I went with magpul pop ups works fine.

Stick with irons and get a laser.

Would you consider lasers sensitive such as, when I shoot bump my weapon around I don't treat it like a baby,
so bumping it around here & there would that throw a laser off?

Get a decent one and secure it nicely and it should be fine. if you got some money to blow you can try one of these Mako stocks too. It keeps a 10 round mag in the stock, and I think that's pretty neat.

That ten round back up was clean , I didn't care for the 20 , but that Ten round with the stock add on is nice.
Here is another my buddy is building shoots 50. Cal rounds, I'm considering letting him build me one price tag $1100.00 just don't know if I could shallow a dollar a bullet, that's just hardcore

I tried the for sided rails they are nice but I personally didn't like the look or feel so I tried this, I get my carry handle plus the guard look & feel that I prefer, but I'm open minded to them
