Ethnic diversity is fine by me. What fucks it all up is cultural diversity. Multiculturalism is the problem. We need one predominant culture in any locale for societal values to flourish.

Competing cultures is self-destructive and a massive waste of energy and resources.

this is dishonest, it's not simply some blacks get hired at your company. Through affirmative action qoutas they are pushed in at the expense of whites. They are also given leaniance for harrassment against whites etc. You are pushing a hostile population onto whites, and "disarming" us
