I think my country (United States) caused the refugee crisis through major foreign policy blunders.

The only problem with refugees entering into Western nations is trying to get them to live among Westerners and assimilate to our culture rather than having them all live together in the same neighborhoods/towns and thus forming cultural enclaves/ghettos.
