To all my liberty lovers:
how do we fix america? i say there must be a movement to once again view the states as sovereign nations

in this way we can go back to having as much power state and municipally wise as possible, and we wouldn't even have to destroy the union!

I don't believe that giving the states more rights over the federal government would result in more freedom. Take Massachusetts for example, they would make their state into even more of a socialist wet dream which would result in fewer rights both personally and economically. Gun rights would be thrown out of the window statewide as the democratic majority would most likely attempt to dominate every part of society.

guys if theres no police or child protective services in ancapistan, who will traffic our children to satanists, pedophiles, cannibals, and necrophiliacs? i mean its just not fair, i can't live with myself knowing there is a child out there that is completely safe from a jewish bureaucracy ran by an elite group of moloch worshiping, adrenochrome drinking, rapists.

I don't think we are discussing the Vatican but it isn't like our current society is far better at protecting children.
I'm not an ancap though so I'll leave that to one of them
>>133110807
The state truly secures the future of children from not being penetrated
truly Jebus tier work
Does anyone know if someone ever made a pic similar to this one but with hoppe instead of the coon and obviously "HOPPE" instead of "HOPE"?

go back to /ptg/, you stupid anime faggot. Nobody would want to employ a social recluse that is known for his consumption of weirdo cartoons in a true libertarian order. youd be either in a low-tier job or starving on the streets.
now go back to your liberalism, pal, and enjoy the state enable subsidization that makes your degenerate weeb lifestyle possible.

what about praxis?

>people cant enjoy anime in the libertarian social order
>>133112418
With this statement you are attempting to restrict the free market. Please leave or you will be forcibly removed.
those threads are getting sloppy, include the pastebin and op with a more memorable ancap related picture senpai
>>133110694
sure, but i suspect that child porn would be pretty abundant in ancapistan, one way or the other

libertarianism = ideology for people unable to accept that they living in a community interconnected with other
literally people living on moon
>>133112748
>people cant enjoy anime in the libertarian social order
Not if they're public about it; it serves as a signalling mechanism that there is something wrong with them.
>>133112891
Read the statement again, Gadsden Fag,
>Nobody would want to employ a social recluse that is known for his consumption of weirdo cartoons in a true libertarian order. youd be either in a low-tier job or starving on the streets.
the free market itself would exclude you from the labor market because you're known to consume cartoons meant for kids, in other words, you're a weirdo.
you might be able to get a low-tier job but in general, not too many people would want to hire you or associate with you in the event you were capable of running a business.

I gotcha
>children are playing outside
>their ball lands in my yard
>the tip of their shoe bends the leading edge of my lawn, damaging a single blade of grass
>I shoot them square in the face and get to sue their relatives for millions.
This is what libertarians actually believe.

Nice meme!
Can I save it?

I, for one, enjoy these cartoons. Don't listen to the other guy, who cares if you watch anime or not? I'm sure covenant companies won't put "can't watch anime" in their contracts with tenants.
>>133113499
You are making an assumption and that is quite ironic coming from the child-consents flag.

>evicted

>employee & customer blacklisted
>you starve to death
I've been thinking a lot lately about practical ways we can make the state fuck off from our lives without actually having to start a blood-soaked revolution and die in the process. Most normies wouldn't join us either. I think the future path to Liberty is chipping away power from the state and its many tentacles. For example, we have cryptocurrencies to hinder central banks and render traditional financial institutions irrelevant; 3D printing to bypass gun control measures; open source software and torrenting to make copyright enforcement impossible.
But these measures are, by and large, confined to the internet or cyberspace. How do we push to repeal legislation that affects the physical world? Like, getting rid of price fixing, bureaucratic institutions and red tape? Any ideas?
My cautiously optimistic side says we are near the end of the line for the welfare state paradigm. Once it collapses or is largely privatized, the state will have to be confined to doing what it did originally, protection and collective security, and hopefully modern technology will make it as efficient as possible. In other words, all will be fine.

Strawmans, Strawmans Everywhere.
Fuck off US Anon.
Don't pretend that the US legal system is perfect as is. You can already sue people for millions of dollars over nothing, look at dumb bitch that spilled hot coffee in her lap that she got from McDonalds. She got millions for doing something so stupid, using her thighs to hold a scalding coffee cup. Now McDonalds has to put warning labels on their coffee and cheap little cardboard cup slips. There's your government mandated legal courts at their finest.
If you think the system we have now isn't a horrible quagmire it was intended to be by Constitution-hating lawyers and politicians, then you are delusional. First we must kill all the lawyers.
