It's also not a matter of simply accepting your place. By all means you MUST struggle. Fight for your place. EARN it. Human society at its fundamental evolutionary level, is hierarchical. No matter what way you look at our societies, they have never been equal at any point in time, ever. Someone has always been in charge. Embracing this doesn't mean you have to accept evil hierarchy though - don't be confused on that matter. It only means that hierarchy is a necessity for human society to function, and the ideal human society has a meritocratic hierarchy that is RESPONSIBLE for the results they engender by their decsions.

Being a leader is a responsibility and a DUTY, not a reward.

I think this is one of the most important lessons people could ever learn, because far too many in white society refuse to chase leadership roles because they KNOW it is difficult to do it right, and it carries a hefty weight of responsibility and vulnerability with it. This behaviour of shirking our god-given responsibility to lead our communities, volk, and culture is what has fundamentally caused today's mess in the first place.

Because the good and merit-able individuals who shirked their responsibility to lead have, by the omission of themselves from such positions, allowed for selfish parasites to infest our leadership and control the direction of our volk and cultures instead.
