Highly doubt it, in America at least. Real Americans are raised to hate socialism so many don't accept NS ideology because of that. Then many are taught that it was just the Germans or Nordics that where superior, when many whites in America are mixed Europeans. Which some hardcore Nazis wouldn't agree with. Too put it simply many real Nazi ideals are un-American, there can be racists that are in power that prescibe to some Nazi ideals, or liberal white nationalist but I highly doubt they hold any high positions besides being in a senators office grabbing coffee.
