Either Nigeria or South Africa. Even knowing in Nigeria, 90% of the population having a Sand Nigger religion (45% Christianity and 53% Islam), It's just less of a shithole than it's neighbors and I'd probably stick around the rich areas of Lagos. The other is South Africa for being more developed than the other countries in the area like Zimbabwe.
