In the working world it's now so easy to get sued for wrongful termination over things like race, sex, age no one gets fired based off performance unless they seriously fuckup. Meanwhile in sports, there are ZERO diversity hiring initiatives, diversity training, sexual assault training, etc. Why don't we hold professional sports to the same standards as corporate America, pol? Why not start a push for more diversity and fairness in sports as a way to get the average Joe's to see the true harm of PC?
