I live in a neighborhood that has one smack damn in the middle of it. And it's a really shitty golf course too, it's a complete waste of time to even play there.
It's should be a park, there should be families playing there instead it just lays empty 95% of the time.

They turned a golf course into section 8 housing in the middle of an older neighborhood (built in the 60s) that was middle upper class for the time. Many of the people living there are retired but after they built these apartments the entire area has been negatively affected with pain handlers and homeless people who congregate around the section 8 housing because they can buy drugs there
