Autism is not a choice. It has no prevention and no cure. Seeing autistic people become the main target of jokes here as of late has been demoralizing. I'm sure I'm just "too sensitive" or whatever, but words matter. Reddit operates by having users vote on which posts and which topics are important trough upvotes. Reddit is kind of like a democracy. It's like they're casting votes for which posts they find useful. This is what absolutely destroys reddit because the posters are retarded. Too much effort is made to make posts look good and pander to the community. Whenever a post is made they are thinking how they can increase their upvotes.
Compare that to 4chan. There are no upvotes. Which posts get seen and which posts go to the front page depends on the interest generated. People aren't voting with some dumb clicks, they are voting with their attention.
Reddit is like a democracy with people casting votes.
4chan is comparable to capitalism, where people vote with their time, which is kind of like people voting with their wallets.

Where people spend their time is a better indicator for what is important than the people themselves consciously deciding what is important and upvoting what they like.
The anonymity allows people like the fappening leakers to post something without leaving a trace and not leaving a name for themselves while on reddit people have to use existing or make new accounts to post.

If you look at the format of a website like 4chan, it's safe to say most of it's users would never install 3rd party software to track what websites they visit.
