I dont think huge percentage. There are just soooo any porn sites.
Xhamster, pornhub are most popular but there are dozens sites just run by bots that agregate videos from larger sites. We can also count various blogs agregting specific fetish, like black woman in maid dress fucked by asian guys. I bet there are at least 5 or so tumbr blog about this.

Porn buisness might have been jumpstarted by jools in vhs or even porn cinema era.

But now its just profitable thing to do. No reason why jews might monopolize it.
