Seems like it all sums down to implementing both left and right wing economic policies. The main policy of fascist economics seems to be you can have all the free Enterprise you want as long as it's contributing to the greater good of the nation. Some could say Trump is implementing parts of that policy in his stance on free trade but he's not going further with that as in regulating things like what salary minimum people should get for their jobs and nationalizing industries as seen fit for the interest of the nation as seen in Mussolini's Italy or the 3rd Reich.
