"White" Hispanics, just how white are they?

Are just hispanics that are white, how hard it is to understand?
Hispanic isn't a race, it's an ethnicity
There's nig hispanics, asian hispanics, white hispanics, indian hispanics.
It just so happens that like 70% of spics are white+indian mix so the average spic looks "brown"

If a dude of pure, blonde blue eyed, non-mixed german descent that just happened to be born in Latin America migrated to the US he would be considered "hispanic" by the census, but he'd be white, hence "hispanic white"
