Given I live here, I think it's better. Pic related from an older thread sums it up, you hear it every day that people are running around committing atrocities they have no intentions of attoning for. Lives lost over spray paint and funny looks, fires set upon innocents, and the city was woefully unprepared to rectify it. It cheapens the city's value, razing anything good and erecting pillars of social and moral decay. Rest assured though, there always be terrible crime in the city. Maybe less, but all of this will probably never fully go away, like a ghost you can't exorcize, or the pain in your knee that will never fully heal.

Robert's pissed in that the city has been neglecting the police because it's been off politic-ing and hasn't stopped to perform maintenance on the things that keep the place afloat, like spending money on cops being able to do their jobs and keep people safe. While city has finally stopped to remedy, CPD is still having to deal with and work against the out of control crime that's shattering records. They end up spreading thin and the male blacks don't relent.

IMO it's a matter of letting Robert do his shit, and giving him the tools. Robert is far from equipped to handle this demand. Gun control here is bullshit, it's making male black steal from Indiana which makes tracing them more difficult. It'd be better to do away with gun control, and set up gun stores and education programs so people become more aware and familliar with them. As an added bonus, male black would be stealing weapons in the city limits, which gives us a more localized point to start while adding a bonus of reveue. If we cracked down on gang bangers, brought guns back, and stopped neglecting CPD then crime wouldn't be as bad.
