its technocratic\meritocratic , at periods in history where all you needed in an army is front line troops it was 99.99% men because men have a statistically overwhelming anatomic\physiological advantage in the things needed to be front line troops ,these days however there's a fuckton of military jobs that are not frontline and a lot of them can be done perfectly well by women .

also why the fuck would you exclude trannies that are men (as in adult human male) from the military ? being a tranny dosnt make you any less male, there is no proven case of a human changing their sex in recorded history.
