If the human species changes.
Capitalism is a natural result of our biology: genes are passed on sexually between individuals. Genes that produce humans who act in rational self-interest do the best.
You would have to change us so that only a "queen" and a few males were the ones reproducing, the rest of us functioning as a colony. See: ants, bees.
