It's a racket.

Used to be like 13 vaccines, but now it's 57. Most of them are unnecessary, but big pharma has to make it's money. Every time you do a vaccine there is a chance of some complication. With so many vaccines there are 4x more complications than 40 years ago.

Also they make them cheaply. It would probably cost 10x as much to make them "perfectly" safe and they just don't want to do it. The estimate that 1 out of a million kids will die for each vaccine dose and maybe 100 out of a million will have SERIOUS reactions.

They don't give a shit, they're making mad bucks forcing everyone to buy their necessary poorly made crap.
