They grew up in a country where their educational authoritative figures were all communists. They never left their gated communities and live a lavish life compared to most. And most of all they have lived their entire lives in peace time (GWOT doesn't count) where there is virtually zero threat to themselves or their property resulting in them being ignorant of how dangerous the real world is, thus breeds their progressive fee fees nature.
