What you're thinking of is good old Italian fascism. National socialism means racist socialism. It means regulation and social programs are intended mainly to support and promote the "official" ethnic group of the state. Immigration rules, for example, would take into account whether or not a person should be allowed to interbreed with your people or whether they would negatively impact your culture. It's trying to prevent outside cultural influences or ethnic replacement without completely abandoning public works and social programs.

A lot of /pol/ leans towards libertarians because they know our country cannot function with all these minorities, and for our society to be healthy we must be self-determinant. This is throwing the baby out with the bath water, though. Scholarships and welfare could really enrich us if they weren't being used as a weapon to give non-whites an advantage. There's no reason smart and motivated people should compete for an education, and there is no reason people should freeze to death in the streets when the local parish can receive them. Can you honestly imagine an all-white Germany, England, France, Norway, or Italy turning into welfare-leeching ghettos if the same programs were applied only to white people?

Really, it's not a specific structure of government. It's just a basic philosophy which states the government should protect the people like they are a precious resource. I for one wouldn't mind seeing big Jewish porn companies prosecuted for intentionally corrupting my race's morals. Would that really bother you? This is national socialism.
