Yes. White is literally Caucasian with other requirements, for instance I consider all Caucasians white besides south Arabs who I consider mulatto due to being notably darker than Bedouins or Berbers, good indication they mixed with slaves they stole from the horn of Africa.

It's literally divide and conquer to have any other definition, by making "white" mean Caucasian, we get everyone from Jews to Indians on our side.
