Look at countries by homicide rate. The countries with lower rates are either more white than us, or more Asian, with very few blacks. Then look at the murder rate of countries with lots of black people, our rate is lower than most of them because we lock a bunch of blacks up for minor offenses before they graduate to more violent crimes.
