any lawfags here? Is there really a possibility of Roe v Wade being overturned if Trump gets to appoint another justice, or is it just hearsay?
Very very low.
>abortion rights are not a political touchstone anymore, proabortion has won
>Roe v. Wade is settled law. Conservatives judges at least pay lip service to stare decisis.
>Trump is not anti abortion
>It would crush Trump even further in the single women's demo. I don't think an anti-abortion SC would make up the slip in any demo.

I always saw this as a false choice, law. If it shallow enough that you can wade, why would it overturn if you roe? Is the oar hitting the bottom?

>lawyer re-telling joke he was told from law prof to lawyer aid
This is akin to memeing in RL

Not sure why conservashits hate abortion it mainly affects niggers. Conservashits should be about less niggers not more people.
>>132785101
>murdering a few babies is ok cuz niggers murder more babies
It's sad how far political discourse has fallen.

>it mainly affects niggers
There are 6 times as many whites as blacks in the US, retard.

If they HAD to take responsibility, the African American community would collapse in on itself. Unless more liberals laws and handouts were to happen, and ASSUMING whites wouldn't have to take responsibility for their negro neighbors, it could work out beneficially.
Or horribly, horribly backfire.
>>132785101
you think white girls that get pregnant don't get abortions at the same rate?
>>132782274
The chance of an abortion case straight up overturning Roe v. Wade is unlikely but not impossible. The court leans towards freedom, so there's a good chance it would remove at least some of the unconstitutional restrictions that Roe v. Wade put on abortion laws.
>>132782887
Wrong on every point, cuck.
Even if it's overturned only deep red states would ban abortion. I don't see the issue.
>>132786270
That's just not true. Ohio just voted through a practically absolute abortion ban (6 weeks), but Kasich refused to sign it.
>>132782274
>possibility of it being overturned
Probably not, RINO faggots can bitch about it as much as they want but they fear hit to pissing off women voters much more. it's much easier to go after abortion clinics
>>132786460
Wow you're right. I guess it's because the Democrats were wiped out at the State level.
>>132782274
Yes. A real chance if Roberts isn't on tape banging 3 year olds.
Alas, it seems that they have him on tape w/ his absurd obongoscare (((ruling))).
>>132786460
Kasich is a pedophile.
>>132782274
Not gonna happen. Worst case scenario it gets pushed down to the states.

>NOT AN ARGUMENT

Roe v Wade was not the case that made abortion legal. It was Doe v. Bolton.
