We all know. Its the blacks along the bible belt and in places like Louisiana. Louisiana's Human Development Index is full on 3rd world because of the criminal blacks there.

If we ended the welfare system, stopped accepting new immigrants from Africa, and kept these people in prisons where they belong the population would be dramatically shrinking every year. Technically they are shrinking now, even with the influx of immigrants boosting their numbers.

It really is, and its more drastic than people realize. The amount of money it takes from our medicare system to treat these people is absurd. Blacks take ambulances to go to hospitals more than any other people by far, they use emergency services like a taxi, and Medicare pays for all their visits.
The amount of money wrapped up in policing their communities, dealing with them in the court system, its disgusting. Not to mention the land that these people occupy becomes a veritable no go zone for the rest of civilization. Its like we have a foreign military occupying our soil. They destroy neighborhoods, run all business out of the area, and take potential low income housing away from our own people. They're a human plague.
