Mainland China does have a pretty serious cheating problem, but not on IQ tests. The real issue is that none of these high-caste IQ differences (whites, azns, Jews, Hindus) are a full standard deviation over each other. We're all more or less the same intellect with the upper-tiers producing a few more intelligent people on net.

The problem is that the low IQ races are REALLY low. Blacks are one or two standard deviations beneath whites. That's a fair more dramatic difference.
